Intersangha 2015

A gathering of leaders from Insight Meditation centers and groups
around North America and Europe

The InterSangha 2015 gathering was held from Aug 5-9 at Insight Retreat Center in Santa Cruz, CA. It was another fruitful meeting that combined the qualities of retreat and conference, including facilitated sessions, breakout groups, social time, and silent practice periods. Fifty-two people from a couple dozen sanghas participated.

The conference theme for this year was Leadership: Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha. What does leadership look like in a sangha context here in the West? There are many faces of it.
