Participants must have attended at least one 5-day residential retreat in Vipassana prior to this retreat.

Come home to the natural luminosity of the mind, to true peace and equanimity, not to be found in the mid-region between life's extremes. On and off the cushion, our natural resting place is accessed through living the Middle Way, beyond stress, beyond turbulence, beyond boredom. Explore how the Middle Way emerges in real contexts as the path to freedom and contentment with the way things are.

The framework of the Precepts, Noble Silence, chanting and simple ceremonies will provide a monastic container to hold and inspire us during this retreat.
