Sangha Description:

We offer 8-10 day retreats in the USA, Canada, England, Scotland, and Australia. Most of our retreats integrate Theravadan mindfulness practice with the teachings of Christian mystic John of the Cross.

We have two monthly sitting groups for any practitioner who wishes to attend. One is in the teacher's home (usually second Tuesday), and the other at Fairview Hospital in Wyoming MN (usually last Thursday). We also have occasional day long sittings.

Regular classes in mindfulness and loving-kindness practices are offered in the Forest Lake area. There is no religious content in these classes.
